About Us

Launchpad is not your typical property rental company. We give you rooms to rent in homes where you can kick off your shoes and breathe; share stories and laugh; relax and thrive in amazing communal spaces. Our mission is to give, young professionals and graduates across the globe, breathing spaces from the moment they walk in the door.

With a fast-moving world, that never seems to run out of Duracell batteries, we want to offer communal spaces in South East London, that offers you sanctuary from deadlines, job pressures and the ‘outside’.

Funky Decor

Launchpad homes are done up to a high standard. Our homes feature funky, modern and cool decor complete with feature walls, plants (that wont die) and a few hidden gems. We provide every piece of furniture you could possibly need (including the kitchen sink!)

Fully Serviced

Our houses are full serviced and each has a dedicated house manager that takes care of any maintenance problems and provides a helping hand to the tenants.

Community Vibes

Launchpad offers you communal spaces in the hub of South East London taking the edge of living independently. It gives you control to socialise, interact and network; building your own communities in the big city. Helping you to adapt easily and enthusiastically!
